Je recommande à 100% Klaviyo, solution CRM très performante, facile à utiliser, avec une toujours une roadmap de nouvelles fonctionnalités impressionnante. J'apprécie également tout particulièrement le support apporté aux clients, que ce soit via la Klaviyo Academie, avec de nombreux articles et vidéos, ou via le support chat ou email, toujours très réactif et à l'écoute. Enfin, mention spéciale pour les CSM, au top de l'accompagnement client!

I’d been banging my head against a wall trying to sort out a Klaviyo issue, and Danielle from CS just got it. Super clear, patient, and actually helpful — no waffle. She made something that felt impossible finally make sense. Honestly, couldn’t have done it without her.

I am very new to this digital marketing thing this does actually make it easier and they educate you before they try to sell you on thier premium accounts that i may not have the luxury of enjoying YET, but maybeif theres an algorithmic shift and my traffic increases
