Happy with the results and how easy Klaviyo is to use. Our business, DMEsuperstore.com, supplies necessary medical needs and we needed a tool that can deliver regular messages based on what a customer purchases so we utilize the automatic email flows heavily. They are by far the most rewarding campaigns. Very pleased.

User friendly, advanced benchmarking and personalization, and increase in revenue. I can't wait to tap into reviews and SMS. This has made connecting our product with consumers easier and more intentional. As a newer employee and coming from a company that primarily used MailChimp, I was prepared to spend quite a bit of time learning a newer platform, but I was pleasantly surprised. Tutorials, support from Jamie, and Klaviyo being so user friendly have all meant that I could hit the ground running and achieve success sooner. My biggest recommendation? Start using Klaviyo ASAP.
