Powerful email marketing platform with excellent integration with Shopify. The segmentation, automation flows, newsletters, and customer data integration are very useful, and there are many advanced features available for growing an ecommerce business.

I'm in love with Klayvio. As a small business, it has been so important for us to be able to target high performance customers and Klayvio makes it so easy to do so and track behaviors. I highly recommend to anyone who is trying to grow sales through email marketing strategies. I have learned so much from the videos re: BFCM, segmenting, etc., there are endless ways to grow sales if you are able to harness the tools Klayvio offers. We came from Mailchimp but find this platform is much more powerful and supportive.

Super easy to use and fantastic return on investment. Able to segment customers any which way we want so we can keep our customer engagement personal and relevant. Easy to set up and track impact of campaigns and flows.

I've been using Klaviyo for the last 5 years or so at various brands and what I always say to people considering the platform is that the level of support offered by the Klaviyo team is next level. I've pretty much had to learn what I know by teaching myself from articles from the help center or hopping on a live chat with an agent and they are always so wonderful and willing to help troubleshoot problems or sanity check logic when building flows, segments, etc. if they can't help you in the moment, they are always so thorough and on it with the follow ups. They're the best!

Klaviyo has been awesome for Mixology. It’s super easy to use, the segmentation is spot-on, and it’s helped us send way more personalized emails.
