Incredible support. I made a stupid error with the flow. Klavyio help was available to me instantly on a Saturday, even though my plan says weekday help. The assistant was human and very responsive. Stayed with me. I accidently shut the chat down at one point but she was still with me when I opened it up again. Support is so vital for an ecommerce business and Klavyio is absolutely the best I've had.

I just wanted to shout out Hana for her incredible support! :) I’m totally new to Klaviyo, and setting up a flow seemed a bit daunting. But Hana really went above and beyond to make sure I’d get it right. She actually made a video to walk me through the setup step-by-step, and her explanations were super clear. She even added screenshots and more guidance in the chat, which made everything so easy to follow—especially for someone like me who’s just starting out.
