I have used several different CMS programs and Klaviyo is by far the best one out there. It has so many amazing features and is very intuitive to use. I also love their customer support, they are always SUPER helpful and respond quickly. If you use Shopify and want to grow your e-commerce business Klaviyo is it!

INCREDIBLE customer service! Fantastic email provider with so many capabilities! Moved from mailchimp and never looked back. Worth every penny. Klaviyo - please keep hiring amazing customer support people as you have been. Wishing you lots of future growth! Just don't let getting bigger get in the way of your fantastic customer support

Had some issues with DNS setup and sending domain, but got great help from support and now everything is working smoothly :)

I'm just getting to know this app, but I'm already blown away by all the possibilities and the support. I'm on the free plan and have access support via email only, but I get very detailed answers and guidance the same day!

The Klaviyo support team is the BEST support I have ever had for any app - EVER. The wait time is pretty much non-existent and the advisors have always been a massive help. They are extremely knowledgeable in their services and offerings. I spoke to Margot and they were incredibly helpful. 10/10!
