Powerful. It's a steeper learning curve, but has great tutorials and it's totally worth the effort :)

Possibly the most integrated app with Shopify I've used. The company even sent some of our employees free merch. We highly suggest using Klaviyo to communicate with customers. _ 1 year later, we're still using Klaviyo because it's really good.

I had an issue with Meta Ads integration (not Klaviyo's fault!) and I reached out to their support team. My issue was resolved very promptly and I was able to speak with a technical support agent. From an email marketing platform perspctive Klaviyo has been very easy to work with and I highly recommend it!
