Pablo promptly verified my ID and transferred ownership from my business email to my personal email address, and the problem was solved in a matter of days (due to a public holiday). We migrated from another ecommerce platform to Shopify and the Klaviyo integration allows us to do 10x more than before. The customer service team is amazing.
