Alyssa D was so very helpful and polite. She provided the answer to my questions quickly and accurately. I love chat support. It's quick and easy and doesn't tie me to a phone. I'm loving Klaviyo!

Hands down the best email marketing tool out there. If you aren’t using Klaviyo you’re most likely missing out on great revenue opportunities. Even if you’re using their competition. I know because I’ve tried them all. I first signed up for Klaviyo when it was a tiny startup and liked what I saw, but switched to a competitor when it couldn’t integrate with my eCommerce platform at that time. However, after a couple of years and a lot of frustration I came back to Klaviyo and I’ve seen companies thrive as a result. You have to put the time in, but it’s worth the rewards. 10% of our revenue is regularly attributed to Klaviyo. Their learning tools are great. Take the time to join them on their webinars. Great company run by a great CEO.

So simple and easy to use, once set up it does all the work for you. I have recovered so many abandoned carts it pays for itself.

Love how deep the integration of Klaviyo with Shopify goes. It makes triggering emails based on customers' shopping behavior more robust and personalized. I rely on Klaviyo heavily to understand our customers as a lot of Shopify data is fed into Klaviyo and it is really easy to use Klaviyo to get analytics. It also helps that Klaviyo has similar deep integration with many other platforms.
