Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Really great customer support - when I had an issue I received a response the same day, with a detailed video explaining the steps to resolve the problem, very helpful!

Great email platform and integrates really well with Shopify. They've got all you need to set you up for success in the email space! Great support if you are on Klaviyo enterprise plan.

great app for beginners

I was upset when some of my stuff was disabled it being partially my fault, although I wasn't fond of the situation Matt W from the support team got in contact with me and resolved my issues in a very timely manner, within 24 hours of my concern it was fixed, Matt did an excellent job in explaining everything very thoroughly even went out of his way sending a video with a voice over going over how to fix my concerns!! I appreciate Matts help a ton! Was very kind and professional and answered all my questions within minutes!!

Klaviyo has been the perfect tool for our email marketing efforts and for our reviews. We are a bootstrapped startup using only social media and email for our marketing efforts so far and Klaviyo has made it so easy for us reach out to our community in a personalized way (easy flow creation, easy segmentation, etc.). We can't wait to grow with Klaviyo!

Easy to use, and its not expensive. Very affordable for small business who have limited resources for marketing.

Easy to integrate into Shopify website! I'm new to email marketing so understanding the bigger potential picture is challenging buy Klaviyo makes it fairly easy to learn.

The best email platform there is. Klayvio has been a copmlete game changer for our business. Highly recommend it. The reviews aspect of Klayvio still nees a lot of work though, we tried that and didn't find it great value for money and lacking in a lot of areas that we needed. But the email side of it is amazing
