Low quality support. Not online chat available. I wait 2 days for their answers, and they don't even answer asked question properly. If you need to solve your business issues quickly, like we all do, this app is not suitable for you.

1st, extremely expensive. Was paying $80/month for a small list of 3500. I switched to shopify email, which is free and has the same functionality! I now use shopify for all email campaigns and automated flows. 2nd, their billing system is screwed up and they refuse to admit it. When you sign up, they ask for your mailing address, but then automatically copy it over to your billing address without asking. So they ended up charging me incorrectly for sales tax, which they refuse to refund.

Worst app for Email & Sms ever! They have a useless and so complicated editor for emails, you will waste hours and hours making simple edits + their customer support just takes ages to get back to you, and when they do, their feedback is just as useless as they are. i have wasted so much time and energy on this app, so if u want to save yourself the headaches just go try alternative apps and they are many. Because Klaviyo is proven to SUCK !!!

Anmeldeverfahren sehr verzögert. Email der Firma wird nicht akzeptiert. Für mich bis jetzt nicht empfehlenswert. Sorry... Wahrscheinlich muss ich hier mehr Zeichen schreiben, deshalb siehe oben!!! Ich bin enttäuscht, weil ich mir sehr viel davon versprochen habe.

I would recommend finding an alternative service , the worst app that I ever installed, Not very helpful.

canceled the app on one of my stores, deleted the app from the store, closed and deleted the store and for the past 3 months they have been charging me money! Disgrace. that's how they make their money, not by providing a quality service. *UPDATE* after this review, 20 mins later they suspend my account and charge me $112 DIRECTLY from my bank account, when my monthly plan is $20. This is the kind of app Shopify allows on their app store.

i cant get access to my account due to two factor authorization- they tell me they emailed my account to verify but i never get an email - i have tried to contact them but no response- to get access to chat to talk to them directily you have to pay the subscription price- if this was a scam to get people to pay the subscription i wouldnt be surprised

Pop ups are still visible after uninstalling. There is nothing on the website that could help solve this problem, I do not recommend it

Blocked my account right before Christmas. Asked them to retry my payment method and heard nothing back for 3+ days. Now I can't send any marketing over the xmas/boxing day sales. Thanks A Lot!

I wasn't worried about all the reviews about their customer service and they were right. They say all the right things to get you to sign up but when things go wrong they just want you to contact support who offer little help aside from sending you to DIY fix articles.

I would recommend finding an alternative service. The billing is horrendous and service is sub-par to say the least. Save your money and find an alternative for emails or SMS.

Support here is the worst. We are trying to connect to Klaviyo our other shop for another country and have contacted Klaviyo at least 10 times since 2 weeks. All we get are generic replies and it seems nobody is reading our mails or helping us!!! The problem is this app haa a bug. After we try to connect another user it sends a link that is already expired the mment we click on it to confirm. Last week we waited 5 days to get another generic reply and see no interest in them actually checking the problem and helping us. This is the worst support we have experienced here on Shopify!

They extremely increased their pricing lately, please consider other solutions with a better pricing like Omnisend.

They promised a discount but sneakily put an expiration on it while until we found out and the sale person won't respond to your email anymore. This company has no ethical code - garbage Don't believe them for those $20 a month crab, it will reach to thousands of dollars a month quickly and the reports are not accurately. They will combine all the sales into their email sale and make it like it works like magic.. use mailchimp it's simple and straightforward

All Emails deliverance is sent to the SPAM folder contacted support and they said that they can't fix the issue.

Customer service sucks!!!! Repeated emails for the same problem still can't be solved. Live chat takes a long time for someone to reply every time!

The analytics are never correct. The pop-ups don't work. It's also impossible to get help. They only refer you to a basic Q&A page, that doesn't answer anything.

Great design and love the features. However, all emails sent from Klaviyo go to SPAM, and there doesn't seem to be any fix for this... I was about to switch to it from Mailchimp, but I will stay there as I'm sure our customers get emails from there... Once the issue is fixed I might consider switching again :)

I just set up my campaign and when I tried to launch it Klaviyo showed me an error message saying that my price plan could not be sent to more than 500 emails knowing that I had just bought the price plan at 20$. It then shows me the possibility of switching to a package and it was written 0.00$ so I accept and I receive the invoice with 130$ paid... I refuse this payment, please refund me!
