Klaviyo is the best marketing automation system in my opinion for marketing and building a loyal customer base. Very flexible and convenient, works great with Shopify and other integrations. Highly recommend with over 5 years of experience.

Took about 2 months to try and get Klaviyo to integrate with Shopify tags with lots of back and forth between support who weren't able to assist me properly, rather just sending me a link to an article. We were also overcharged for 3 months and still yet to receive our money back. Set up with Omnisend and immediately the integrations of profile data, segmentation and shopify tags were there without me even paying for anything.

This app is producing sales for us. But need to learn to develop flow campaigns which can be a learning curve challenge. But if I can do it, you can do it.

I use Klaviyo for probably 10 clients at this point and it is one of the best email platforms I've ever used. Their customer support is available to chat during working hours and they're super helpful. The platform has so many incredible capabilities. I really can't imagine wanting anything more from an email marketing app.

We've used Klaviyo for the last 3 years for multiple Magento sites, but have just migrated one of those sites to Shopify. As expected from our experience with Klaviyo over the past 3 years, the process was silky smooth and when support was needed, it was fast and efficient. Thanks for all your help with our migration
