We love it.

It's expensive and the customer support is terrible.

Great customer service, especially when I'm in a pickle and can't understand how things work properly :) The system is great, but there are a few things that need tweaking like being able to open a profile in a list, and then hit the back button. You should be able to go back to the list you were in, not go to all profiles.

So far so good, easy to use and see the analytic.

Highly recommend Integrates seamless with Shopify. Is easy to use and navigate makes it essy to set up all automations you need.

Easy to use. My only comment is it would be nice if you could update a campaign after you have scheduled it. Otherwise, I enjoy using the app.

The support for Klaviyo is outstanding. All the app can do can be overwhelming at first, especially for a newbie, but my questions and cries for help were answered in a timely manner with grace and humor. I can't praise the Klaviyo team enough - they are simply awesome. The app itself has so much power, I can't wait until I'm far enough along in direct sales to dig into all it can do and truly put it to work. It's easy to use and intuitive, built for the end users. i would recommend this app to anyone going the direct sales route.

I'd totally recommend. This is a game changer

Seamless integration with shopify and I'm loving the amount of information I get on customers habits around the marketing I have sent out.

an App that is constantly evolving with technology. Very easy to use, however it is a bit expensive, but its well worth it.
