Just installed and used for the first time. Impressed so far. I don't consider myself all that techie and I've not had any trouble. I've only heard AMAZING things about this app and its integration with Shopify, so I can't wait to dig in to the data and get going properly.

Really easy to use, even for small businesses like mine. Very nice templates for emails. Fabulous app. They've already helped our abandoned cart rate with they already set up email flows.

A long time mailchimp user i have tried Klaviyo with this store on the advice of our Plus Merchant Success Manager and so far so good. We are on the free plan so far as its a new store with no existing customer base. But even with the free plan we've been able to add subscribe pages, entry/exit popups and all the flows and connections. happy days so far.

So user friendly! I am no tech wiz but Klaviyo makes email marketing so easy. I love their templates and easy to follow instructions. I'm really happy with this app!
