I'm a small start-up and I'm using this to manage my email marketing. I really like that the free version has reasonable features for my small email list since I don't have the budget to upgrade to the paid version. I imagine the paid features will be even better once I grow to a point where it makes sense to upgrade.

Pretty amazing tool. I takes a little to fully comprehend how much you can do with this. But if you're into email marketing I believe it doesn't get any more powerful or comfortable than this. We use it for Abandoned cart mails, launch mail series, newsletter subscriber series, everything email basically.

This app is very powerful to manage all issues related to email marketing. It is true you will need a learning curve, but in other apps it is the same. The Shopify integration is simple, therefore creating flows is easier. I am suprissed when some people say Customer Service doesn't work properly, because Klaviyo answers to me always on time resolving my doubts. I am very satisfy with Klaviyo. Recommended.

Best email app we have used so far. Easy to set up campaigns and we have had a pretty decent return so far. Perfectly adapted to eCommerce!

I really enjoying being able to see the revenue gathered from each EDM sent out. It's really easy setting up templates for the campaigns going out and since the update, ensuring that our branding looks the same across all communication is even easier. Setting up flows is super easy and I love having that extra to be able to offer customers because of it.

Es una aplicación completa y bastante funcional. Tiene una curva de aprendizaje media-alta, pero cualquiera que pase el suficiente tiempo usándola aprenderá todo lo necesario para un buen marketing de correo electrónico. Recomendada para todo el mundo. No puedo quejarme absolutamente de nada.

Fantastic app and love the integration with Shopify. Makes all the work a lot easier. Love that they also offer a good portion free to get started.

Better than Mailchimp, lots of possibilities for customization which really helps when you're dealing with customers in different languages.

I used this app to set up my abandoned carts and just sent my first campaign! So far so good, everything looks great and it was super easy

The app seems complex at first, but once you get the hang of it you realize what a great tool it is! The free version of Klaviyo is 200x better than Mailchimp. I really wasted some valuable time using Mailchimp. Never going back.

I've tried a bunch of these services so far and there is no question that Klaviyo is the most polished and most thoughtfully designed. The targeting granularity is impressive and easy to turn into actionable email flows. Loving it so far.

I would like you all to read this. I have been searching for email marketing software for months. I tried mailchimp, sendinblue, jilt, and much more but by far klaviyo is the BEST!!! It completely out runs any competitors by its features, and the ease of us is incredible. I recommend to anyone. Customer service is great too.

Once you learn how to use Klaviyo, it is amazing! I will upgrade soon from the free plan so I don't have to use double opt-in. I am pretty sure it will be worthwhile. We already had a 4-figure sales from one of our "thank you for purchasing" Klaviyo flows for repeat clients. Of course, I had the thank you emails before, but Klaviyo really makes it seamless.

I've been using klaviyo for some now and I'd give it only 3 stars.. up until today is when I FINALLY realized it's full potential and now I'm in heaven. I probably should have taken training on this, but it all worked out!! I will be using this all the time now. I was even thinking about making a switch, NOT NOW!! love me some klaviyo.
