Do not use this app for Zalando. First of all, when you connect and sync, it will convert product SKUs to product IDs from Shopify. Why? Because that's better according to the support. It does not matter that your products on zalando are added by SKU and zalando requires you to add products with SKUs and specify SKUs on documents added to the shipped order. Secondly, you wait a very long time for support responses. Third, Koongo is able to completely mess up the prices of products, by doing so, it swaps SKUs with other products. I was waiting 24h for the support to correct SKU's so it will show correct prices on Zalando. I told them that I will leave bad opinion if the won't help. And I had to change it on my own :-) Fourth most important, it is unsuitable for syncing orders from Zalando, because there is no way to send a return shipping number back to Zalando. What is mandatory. The support has no idea how Zalando works, they keep asking about things they should know if they offer to sync your store. The application is quite complicated, if you manage to set it up it works quite well for syncing stock and prices. But for just one functionality it is way too expensive.
Hi, I'm sorry for the difficulties you faced while setting up your Zalando connection. As discussed, you had previous listings created on Zalando and your product prices were affected by an incorrect initial product feed configuration. In Koongo, you have the possibility to specify the Shopify attribute that will serve as your Zalando SKU, there's no issue with that. Additionally, Koongo supports Zalando shipping & return tracking codes sync., however, it is crucial these codes to be available within your Shopify platform. My experience of this app and support was nice. It was, because at the moment I don't need any .xml files, but if I needed again I will use this app.

could not offer support for a new customer as could not be bother to support, tried for 2 days with little help, would not recommend

Koongo has proven to be a useful, well structured service for our store. The setup flow is simple and well structured. Support is excellent. Most importantly, Koongo offers a wide variety of integrations, to major e-commerce platforms. We look forward to connecting our store to other major platforms with Koongo.

very helpful assistance from Raul who makes sure to reply by the end of each day and addresses all questions. I personally still find it difficult to navigate and add filters on Koongo and need the assistance of support, however I am hoping that soon this process will become more user friendly.

App works decent at first, requires some getting used to but has extensive runbooks in how to set things up. However, some runbooks just refer to contact support to set things up. We've sent multiple emails to support but had 0 response after 2 weeks. Update: It seemed like there was a problem with their mail integration with zendesk. I was contacted by Raul and he is helping setting me up the last steps as we speak. Great service so far and would definitely recommend.

Extremely easy to use, very reliable and relatively cheap compared to commission based integrators. It is extremely helpful in generating feeds quickly and once set up all new products are automatically added. Great customer support too!

Setting this up isn't too difficult. I did need assistance at one point due to missing the fact that I had selected SKU, but don't use SKU in my shopify store. Koonga support was extremely helpful in assisting with locating the issue and it was a quick fix. Within minutes the products were showing in our product list on the marketplace. I really do like the ability to filter product out based on vendor or whatever you choose. Overall good app... would like to see additional marketplace integrations in the future.

Hello, Thanks for the review. I’m sorry for any confusion. The app installation is just the beginning. Without proper app setup, the Koongo app has no functionality by itself. The online marketplace connections need to be set up and activated by the merchant to make the Koongo app functional. I see there is no communication on Koongo support related to your store.
