Extremely easy to use, very reliable and relatively cheap compared to commission based integrators. It is extremely helpful in generating feeds quickly and once set up all new products are automatically added. Great customer support too!

Setting this up isn't too difficult. I did need assistance at one point due to missing the fact that I had selected SKU, but don't use SKU in my shopify store. Koonga support was extremely helpful in assisting with locating the issue and it was a quick fix. Within minutes the products were showing in our product list on the marketplace. I really do like the ability to filter product out based on vendor or whatever you choose. Overall good app... would like to see additional marketplace integrations in the future.

We use the Koongo app to sync FBR stock and orders from Bol.com with Shopify. The app and the different feeds can be a bit confusing at first glance. But the support is great and through this support everything worked first time. For our use case, a very good app.

We discovered Koongo and we must say that we can no longer do without it. Very versatile application and adaptable to the needs of the business. The customer care and help we have received from the team has been absolutely exceptional. Great!

Very useful tool, although a little complex and laborious. Once its potential is known with practice, it makes everyday life much easier. Used to its fullest, it's spectacular. Support is also very helpful and enlightening.

Er is geen betere! Wij hebben als Zenxstore alles geprobeerd maar Kongoo is super snel en betrouwbaar. Heb je hulp nodig? Zijn ze erg snel! Niet Channable, Effectconnect of Etalize etc. Nergens voor nodig als je Kongoo hebt! Veel voordeliger ook AMAZINNGGGGG after loosing a lot of money on Channable (they even blocked me without any reason and ended up loosing sales) and all other difficult platforms, finally found this great tool. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I was really scared to begin to work with the app as I was thinking that is sooo complicated. But it takes not so long time to orientate how it works. And what I liked very much - is the custom support. Very friendly, very professional and very patient. They are looking very focused to every detail and seeing very good what to optimise more. Big thanks to Carlos, that was for every little question ready to explain and answer. After understanding how to work with this app, it is really motivating to go on maximum marketplaces as all this integration of the shop is not scaring anymore. Helps to make a huge forward step in selling. Thank you!

It is a very helpful Shopify app for several marketplace product feed making and for custom product feed making is it perfect. The Support team is very quick and professional. So in total, I suggest this app for everyone.

Customer service is better than I ever experienced and Raul Navarro is fast and super helpful. I would recommend using this app to all my colleagues as this smooths things over and makes the integration with Miinto and Shopify easy and super plug and play!

Great app with fast experienced support. I recommend to try it if you are looking for marketplaces connection or just XML export.

using the app is a little bit confusing and I think it needs better UI. However, Customer service is really fast and efficient. Raul Navarro is very very helpful and super polite. I am still in the beginning stages of using Koongo but so far so good.
