Koongo has helped us immensely with connecting to other marketplaces. They were always available for any questions, answered to all our calls when needed, and was very warm and friendly throughout the entire process. I would recommend them as they were able to solution for any problems that arose, and resolved any issues in a timely manner.

Koongo is an excellent app to say the least but more importantly the staff is Amazing. Raul is a great guy who we started off working with in the beginning but then he was gone to vacation and brought in an expert by the name of Pavel to take over and help us. We couldn't be more pleased working with Pavel and we are very excited because he has all the unique qualities you look for prior to doing business with any company. Doenst work at all ! For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all ! I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly ! I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience ! Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties ! Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !

We switched over to Koongo after having a horrendous experience with Shopify's own Amazon sync app. I can't express how truly great of an app it has been. It takes a little bit of sitting down and understanding to learn your way around the app, but is worth it in the end as everything syncs perfectly and thoroughly now with our Seller Central account. I'd like to especially give props to Raul, your support team member. Whenever there is a hiccup he is quick to fix it. He has helped us through thick and thin solve our issues and always responds in a timely manner - even going above and beyond to provide advice on issues that sometimes are slightly beyond the realm of Koongo. Overall I would highly recommend this app to anyone that runs a Shopify and Amazon store that wants flawless inventory sync. 5/5.
Koongo now supports Amazon’s SP-API connection, with a step-by-step setup wizard that makes it easier to link Shopify with Seller Central. Once connected, you can create new items, list offers, and keep your listings updated so everything stays in sync reliably, including your Amazon orders.

It takes a bit to get the know the tool. Once onboard, the tool is really simple to use! When you get stuck, there is a great support to cover you!
There can be a learning curve at the beginning, but once set up, Koongo is designed to be simple to use. Our support team is always available to help whenever needed.

Excelent service and support! They fullfiled all my requests and customizations. I had tried another popular XML feed provider as well and I think Koongo is by far the best. I highly recommend it!

We have wasted literally hundreds of hours trying to get this app to work on our own and with their help. It sets up OK but the product filters and category mapping keep changing over time on their own. This is a huge problem if you have automatic downloads to your merchant center. They did assign an agent to our problem but they could never figure it out. Today, rather than spending my time redoing all our feed filters and category mapping again, I am looking for a new app.

Great plug in and price structure. I've reviewed many and this one has the power and price combination. The support is helpful and knowledgable. I recommend this app as the best I know for feeds.

I have been using the Koongo feed service for 3 years now, and upon noticing they only have a few reviews here I felt compelled to chime in. I have been using it for Google Shopping for multiple years, and recently added Amazon as a channel using Koongo. Their tools are incredibly robust, very useful, reliable and professionally coded. Their support team is amazing and always helpful and understanding of my issues and quick to respond. I am able to fine-tune my feeds in Koongo with complex attribute composition, math operations, price % edits, regex, you name it. The amount of flexibility and power that they provide for the price is simply best of class.
