This is a great app for collecting reviews from a lot of different places, and for allowing people to review your shop in general, not just specific products. Abdul was very helpful with the set-up process, and the tutorials are very easy to follow!

Love the customer support! Is superb! I was introduced by shopify support a few apps. I decided to go on this as i currently already accumulated reviews over facebook. So this is somehow more suitable for me. At first i will concern of their support whether is that responsive or not, but they are a surprise to me. They not only assist me over my apps set-up but also pointed out some other issue that is not related to them while they access to my admin. I was touched as i m a newbie over website setting up. Kudobuzz did extra miles... Great Job!

A review of a review app! I started using the free version of this app a couple of years ago and thought it was terrific. Unfortunately, I reached the point of needing to upgrade to the $20/month to continue and I just couldn't afford that last year, so I had to uninstall. Today I decided to reinstall and bite the bullet because I believe having a quality app like this one is essential to online sales, but even more importantly because of the rapid, helpful response I always receive from Cheryl anytime I've had any personal issues with using this app in the past (no probs with the app whatsoever, just a learning curve), including today, while I was considering the upgrade. I'm thankful for this product and for the professional assistance available. I look forward to using this app to its full potential and to updating my review to include more information after using it longer.

Mission critical app. Sometimes it's a little kludgy, And I think the interface could be better, but it WORKS very well. And the support is stellar... always there to fix and help.

Cheryl was awesome! She responded quickly to my questions and installed app exactly where i wanted it. Thank you soo much! Wish you guys were on Googles list for review sites. That's the only thing I'd recommend to look into for improvement.

Cheryl from Kudobuzz is a star. Find the app really useful and easy to use. And if i get stuck the customer service is awesome , they get back to you within minutes. I have just started to use this app, but can see it will be really useful for when we get more Reviews on social media. Thanks again

I had been looking for a great review app - and I have found it! I just love how it can compile reviews on site, via an e-mail requesting a review that you can personalize or even from your social media accounts. I sent out an email right when I started to all my customers since launch (july) and I'm up to 19 5 star reviews with little effort. Not to mention the reviews have been inspiring for me!

Everytime i deal with this company, the response is quick, my query is dealt with within hours and my job is made 10 times easier... thank you so much especially cheryl! I have used it for my own website and now for a client of mines as it does everything i want it to do, i love it. You can e-mail customers once they have received products automatically, and publish reviews as and when checked. 10/10 well done gang!

Wonderful way to generate more product sales and learn what products/features our customers like best. I'm sure to upgrade soon after getting dozens of great reviews, but the free service is an ideal way to start.

Love it and the support that we get from them. Our reviews have helped us grow immensely and Kudobuzz has an easy to use app that looks tailor-made for our site. Love this app, but better than that, their customer service is excellent. I had a problem with an image being to large on the reviews I posted to Facebook and Cheryl took a lot of time trying different images for me until we got the exact right size that now looks totally awesome!!! Thanks so much Cheryl.
