Bad experience. Continued to charge even after I cancelled their plan. After i flagged out the mistake, they promised to get back at the soonest, but after 3 working days, they still did not respond. After checking with them again, they mention they are prepared to only refund the latest month's charge. Do be careful installing this app, unless you dont mind having your card charged monthly (even after cancellation). App is not even very useful in the first place nor helped to bring extra sales.

Doesn't work with 2.0. Says it does, but when you try to add a block or widget anywhere on the page, it doesn't show up. Using Dawn theme.

The free plan doesn't include Etsy reviews, only Facebook reviews. The price is way too steep (£19.99/month) for only importing reviews.

Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from. To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous.

There are several other features that come along with the $19.99 pricing including the ability to add photo reviews, enable Google Rich Snippets, Campaigns feature in soliciting reviews, coupons, just to mention a few. Additionally, you're able to connect other social channels apart from Etsy like Google, Amazon and Yelp. We're sorry to hear that getting all the mentioned features and more is completely ridiculous. App funktioniert nicht. Auch nach 2 Stunden keine Etsy Bewertungen. Support meldet sich nicht. Absolute Zeitverschwendung

Never left a review before for anything in my life. Waited 12 hours for support to reach out and ask a question that was answered in the original message. After, which I continued to wait. Here we are 24 hours into one question and I still haven't been able to move forward with any resolution, as no one is responding, let alone providing valid solutions or even reading my responses.

BEWARE OF THIS APP & THE SERVICES PROVIDED! Used for a year and it properly worked about 3 months out the entire year. I constantly had to communicate with the NON-EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT that they have who are EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I basically GOT ROBBED they did not provide the service I paid for and when I would complain about it they would have a bad attitude, they ended up closing my account when I requested I be compensated for all the months my reviews did not port, they closed the account WITHOUT ever refunding me or fixing the issue that was at hand. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE the service provided by this app will be a headache in the long run.

This app used to be OK, but was always just dog slow to use. However, they recently changed the UI so you can't even assign reviews to products. Any newly imported reviews are just business reviews. Installation was also a horrible pain, and now I'm seeing that there is absolutely no way to export all your reviews from Kudobuzz. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

MOST IMPORTANT* This app is super slow to load on the product page and it greatly affects the entire product page loading speed. I recommend staying away from this app. Plus hey change the way the reviews look on your website frequently and you get no heads up whatsoever.

There is no admin panel to check settings, nothing since a few years now. Sometimes reviews come, often nothing is sent. Would like to change the app, but no way to export reviews.

Unable to load reviews from one channel on the free version. It says to upgrade when I haven't even added reviews from anywhere
Thank you for sharing your feedback. On our free plan, you're limited by the type of channels you can collect reviews from. You were getting the upgrade notice because the channel you wanted to connect was most likely a premium channel. I hope this helps. I have been trying to contact support and they never respond. I want to like the app and I even upgraded to paid version. You would hope that for a paid service the customer service would support the investment. Very disappointing.

Worst App. Gave so many chances! Buggy as hell. Nothing works as it should and the customer service is terrible! They don't even understand what you need. DONT BOTHER!!!

Supported them when they first started. Initially would give a five star, but they got greedy, changed the plan without any notification. Totally disappointed!

No reviews are showing up and now when I try to access my dashboard, I get a 404 message. I've asked 3 times for them to fix the issue of my reviews not showing up and it's been 1 1/2 weeks with nothing. If these issues aren't fixed by tomorrow, I'm uninstalling. Very disappointed.

The customer support for this app are absolutely horrible ( David & Naana). They do not respond when they realize something is wrong. There is no way to export your reviews. And they upgrade your subscription to a paid subscription without any warning and will not refund you. Stay far far away. There are much better apps out there.

App has been installed for months now but have had technical issues with the Review request email. Many customers that placed orders months and even a year ago have received a review request email. Tried to resolve to no satisfaction and have deleted app because of negative impact on customer good will. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This app recently sent out mass product review emails to ALL of our customers, some customers received 65+ emails in one day to their inbox. We have contacted kudobuzz to see if this can be prevented in the future, but no response. I have removed this app. Hopefully it won't happen again. Very unprofessional... Since this event, the developer has made every effort to make amends and has promised that this error will not happen again. Had the damage to our own levels of customer satisfaction not been so great (we lost customers and received our first complaints in service due to the kudobuzz email error) we may have kept this app. My star remains at 1 due to our loss of clients. However remarkable kudobuzz customer service may be, this app failed miserably.
