I had a fantastic experience setting up my bot with Kwik Engage. I want to specifically highlight Shivi, who helped me with the implementation. She made the entire process incredibly easy; her explanations were clear, smooth, and very professional. The GoKwik over all including their checkout and cart features works seamlessly, but it’s their support team that makes the real difference. I’m really happy with the product and the service I’ve received. Highly recommended to other D2C Businesses.

He not only helped us successfully implement all the utility flows but also took the time to thoroughly explain Meta’s frequency capping guidelines and the smart retry mechanism in detail. The experience has been great with Kwikengage so far. Our onboarding POC Mr. Rajath was very thorough with everything, and kept us in the loop about all requirements, process, and any important information throughout the process. Whenever we feel stuck or need help with anything, he's very helpful & prompt. Overall very good experience!

Had a great experience with KwikEngage integration on my Shopify store. I connected Google Meet for COD confirmation and checkout automation, and Vishnu Teja guided me really well throughout the setup. He explained everything clearly and helped arrange the complete flow smoothly. Very supportive and knowledgeable person. Highly recommend KwikEngage and their support team!
