Rahul addressed our concern with great professionalism and efficiency. His communication was clear and well-structured, which made the entire process smooth and easy to follow. There was no unnecessary back and forth he explained everything clearly and quickly guided us through the steps required for the reintegration. The access had been mistakenly removed from our Facebook Business Manager from our end. We connected with Rahul over a call, and he patiently walked us through the process and helped us restore the integration without any delays. Overall, we truly value the quality of support provided by GoKwik. Great experience with Kwik Engage so far. The onboarding was smooth, and the platform makes WhatsApp automation and custom flows really easy to set up. A big shoutout to Tanmay for handling the implementation part and helping us set up the automations smoothly. His support during the setup made the entire process simple and hassle free. Also thanks to Utkansha Gaur, who was our POC throughout the process and was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
