Great app with excellent onboarding & support We’ve implemented KwikEngage across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and the experience so far has been very smooth. The platform makes it much easier to manage conversations and set up structured automations across channels. We’ve also recently started using KwikPass, and it’s looking very promising — excited to see how it performs as we scale. A special mention to Kartikey for the onboarding and support. He was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in guiding us through the setup and ensuring everything was aligned with our requirements. Overall, a great experience with both the product and the team.

Great experience with Kwik Engage so far. The onboarding was smooth, and the platform makes WhatsApp automation and custom flows easy to set up. Special shoutout to Rahul Kumar from Kwik Engage, he was extremely helpful in setting up our automations and custom workflows and was always quick to respond whenever we needed help. Really appreciated the hands-on support instead of just being pointed to docs or videos.

I have interacted with Sweety Rai, for my onboarding process - Kwik Engage and Kwik Pass. She has got a lot of clarity and explains use cases in depth and with patience. The overall experience has been good. Their shopify integration and related features are better than other WhatsApp APIs... Recommend it for that. Thank you.
