Amazing experience entire team is so supportive. Tanmay took care of our integration and support he was so helpful and to the point. It all happened so quick and after a long time im happy things worked out well. Because in most cases after the sales the tech integration and onboarding takes a toll as we use multiple tools and apps we always ended up following up for weeks, but this one was so seemless. Thanks to Shreya and Shreshthi as well. Kudos and keep up the good job guys!

KwikEngage has been quite helpful for us. The team is responsive and understands Shopify well. A special shoutout to Shivi - she helped us promptly with the hygiene check, identified gaps, and fixed a few things here and there without back-and-forth. Overall, a solid tool with a supportive team behind it.

We’ve had a good experience with KwikEngage so far. Recently, we raised a support ticket regarding template issues, and Rahul Kumar from their support team responded quickly and helped us resolve it. He also followed up with a call to make sure everything was sorted. We also had some issues with our catalog, and Shivi handled it really well. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and ensured the issue was properly resolved. Overall, the support has been prompt and helpful. Recommended if you’re looking for a WhatsApp-focused engagement and cart recovery solution.
