If I could, I would give Emily 10 stars. She got out of her way to help us. Literally a week worth of work was done in an hour. We can not appreciate them enough. This is not the first time Emily helps us with impossible tasks. We are so grateful to have her in LA Review team.

It is very convenient to use. The operation path is clear and straightforward. If you really encounter any problems you don't understand, the service team responds promptly and professionally, and can solve many problems.

Love the app however when I deleted it by accident I had downloaded it back and ended up having to pay my billing cycle again even though I had 5 days ago.....
Hi, this is Emily from the LAI Support Team. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and I’d like to clarify your concern regarding the app subscription charges. Our app follows Shopify’s billing system, which means that when the app is uninstalled, the subscription is automatically cancelled based on Shopify’s policies. If you reinstall the app and subscribe again, a new bill will be generated for the new billing cycle. I’ve also reached out via email with a further solution for your case.
