It is very convenient to use. The operation path is clear and straightforward. If you really encounter any problems you don't understand, the service team responds promptly and professionally, and can solve many problems.

Love the app however when I deleted it by accident I had downloaded it back and ended up having to pay my billing cycle again even though I had 5 days ago.....

Our app follows Shopify’s billing system, which means that when the app is uninstalled, the subscription is automatically cancelled based on Shopify’s policies. If you reinstall the app and subscribe again, a new bill will be generated for the new billing cycle. I’ve also reached out via email with a further solution for your case. Amazing App & Even Better Support! I’ve been using the LAI Product Reviews app for my Shopify store and I’m so impressed! I have been using Lai Products Review for a quite a while now. Its been really good and effective. There is a staff name Emily in the live chat, she has been a great help. Without her I don't think I will continue using this App. Very Helpful and Genuine. She is a great ASSET for the company!
