The LAI Product Reviews Customer Support Team are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me copy reviews for my products without needing to upgrade my plan. Their response rate is fast and efficient. I was hesitant about upgrading, Doris from the Support Team was exceptional and understood my situation. She displayed genuine care to address my concerns, and I really appreciate her professionalism and effort to provide a solution. I highly recommend anyone building a shopify store to use the LAI Product Reviews App!

Love the app however when I deleted it by accident I had downloaded it back and ended up having to pay my billing cycle again even though I had 5 days ago.....
Hi, this is Emily from the LAI Support Team. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and I’d like to clarify your concern regarding the app subscription charges. Our app follows Shopify’s billing system, which means that when the app is uninstalled, the subscription is automatically cancelled based on Shopify’s policies. If you reinstall the app and subscribe again, a new bill will be generated for the new billing cycle. I’ve also reached out via email with a further solution for your case. Amazing App & Even Better Support! I’ve been using the LAI Product Reviews app for my Shopify store and I’m so impressed!
