Great experience using LAI Product Reviews, their support team is excellent. Due to Shopify updates, I reached out to Jesse from the support team and to my suprise my issue was being looked at real time, even on a weekend.
Very happy with the LAI Product Reviews app! It’s simple, user-friendly, and works exactly as needed for our store. A big shout out to Emily and Jesse for their prompt help and assistance whenever needed ,their support has been amazing. Emily was amazing! Not only did Emily help solve my problem, she took it a step further and helped me to optimize the look of my reviews section without me even asking. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
probably one of if not the best review extension there is. recommended to me by coach. Also, the support is scary fast, super friendly and acc helpful. prices are fair

Solved in 20min! I had spent a lot of hours trying to trouble shoot my LAI product reviews page with AI but it made me more confused. I jumped onto LAI chat help and they walked me through how to clean it all up in 20 min! I'm so relieved!!!
