Had a small issue adding some code to my store, contacted support, Jesse answered the request, she was very helpful also super fast to fix the issue, overall LAI is quite an easy and seamless app to use have had no other issues.

The help department on Shopify is beyond exceptional. They take their time, use their professionalism to do the best job they can to get you the results you need. They spend over an hour assisting me with no hesitations or irritation. This is why we choose Shopify every time! Thank you to the entire staff you guys are the BEST!!!

UPDATE: The support team reached out and pointed out a setting I had missed—and it totally solved the issue! Now, the empty stars are hidden so the store looks clean, new customers can now easily leave reviews for products with 0 reviews, The whole fix/clarification took just a couple of days, and I am genuinely impressed by their quick and helpful customer service. Upgrading my rating to 5 stars!

Excellent support from the LAI Reviews team! I reported an issue with the navigation arrows in our homepage reviews section, and Emily and the tech team looked into it right away. They clearly explained how the widget works and quickly fixed the arrows showing on reviews with only one image, across all 3 of my stores. Friendly, patient, and fast. Highly recommend this app and its support team!
