I love that this app! I had some problems with the photos uploading to our store, but there support was quick to help me get it figured out. I initially chose this one because it was user friendly and easy to use for our customers, I love that it doesn't have to be complicated for the end user! It blends well with our stores theme. GREAT App that works seamlessly with our shopify store.

This app really helped me get started with my homepage. The setup was smooth, and everything worked as expected. I'm very happy with the overall service. What stood out the most was the support – especially Doris. Whenever I had a question or needed help, she responded super quickly and was incredibly helpful. She even sent screenshots with arrows to guide me through each step. That kind of hands-on support is rare and absolutely appreciated. Top service and a top team – highly recommended!

LAI Product Review is an essential and fancy app for any Shopify store owner. It’s super easy to use and import. and CS Alena is really kind and fast response you need to try it. They will not make you disappoint you

Me gusta la app para mostrar reviews de mis productos. Adicionalmente tienen un excelente soporte al cliente. Recientemente tuve un problema y Emily me ayudó a resolverlo de manera rápida y eficiente!

The setup was super easy, and the interface is user-friendly,even for non-tech users. What I love most: Fantastic customer support- Emily, quick and helpful responses. The app does exactly what it promises and integrates smoothly with our store. Highly recommend it for any Shopify merchant

Great app, it show the review rating at google results. Emily help us and done everything fast! It show the star rating at homepage, seach results, and products page. Everything is great and fantastic!

I paid for the the smaller subscription but couldn't use features. I used the help button and was connected to a very kind technical agent who assisted me through this. Directing me to a suitable plan. INCREDABLE CUSTOMER SERCIVE WOULD RECOMEND, (THIS ISNT A PAID ADD)

Exceptionally reliable service! Their response time is incredible — I never had to wait more than a minute for a reply. Jesse from the support team was especially helpful and empathetic, offering genuine assistance when I needed it most. Highly recommend!
