This app delivers. Great UI both frontend and backend with some create features (copy reviews, grouping products so multiple products can have consistent/same reviews). Customer support (I talked to Emily) was SUPER helpful!

There is a great deal of support from the reps. Emily assisted us with a task that would have taken us a few days, and she completed it in just a couple of minutes.

u have no option to export your reviews unless you upgrade to their biggest plan which is insane - no interations with anything helpful. avoid
