Excellent App for Boosting Trust and Conversions! LAI Product Review is an essential app for any Shopify store owner. It’s super easy to use, and importing reviews from AliExpress or CSV files is seamless. I love the customizable design — it blends perfectly with my store’s theme. The review widget looks clean and professional, and being able to display photo reviews has definitely helped build trust with my customers. Customer support is also fantastic — quick to respond and always helpful. I’ve noticed a real increase in engagement and conversion rates since adding LAI. Highly recommended for anyone looking to showcase real customer feedback!

I just wanted to translate some reviews. Then it stated that there currently is a problem with amazon which was kind of unexpected and annyoing after just paying 15$. BUT then came Emily from the support and not only guided me through the problem BUT also helped me with doin the task of transalting, importing, etc. 11/10 Customer service and shoutout to Emily for being so helpful.

I paid for my subscription for a year, only to find out that I was still registered as a "free plan" due to a technical error or something. In total this joke cost me €55.44, of which I only got $3.98 back.
