I am so pleased that I am using this App. A few others failed but a developer recommended LAI for its simplicity. An App without good support is worth nothing and in this case, LAI get a 10/10 from me for their support. Well done team LAI.

Great tool to help in building my Shopify store. Reviews are a big part so this is a tool that has been hugely helpful for me to achieve a full-rounded website. I use the support sometimes as I am not from a technical background so I am pleased they are also here to support and help me when I don't know the next step :) I would recommend this plug in, there is a lot you can do with it

An amazing app! It costs less than $7 per month, yet it works incredibly well. What I love most about LAI is their super enthusiastic support team — they’ve helped me a lot and made things so much easier for a beginner like me. I used to pay over $40 a month for apps like AutoDS, only to get generic canned replies with no real support — just a waste of money. But LAI is truly a gem. If I have the chance in the future, I’d love to use their entire ecosystem, because I believe their team has what it takes to deliver great results for their users.

The LAI Reviews app has been great. I did have some trouble configuring the reviews to my products page, so I reached out to LAI Support and had Jillian help me and worked out what I had/hadn't done and fixed it all for me. I really didn't understand the mistake I made or how to fix it and Jillian got it all sorted for me. Couldn't be more thankful :)

I love that this app! I had some problems with the photos uploading to our store, but there support was quick to help me get it figured out. I initially chose this one because it was user friendly and easy to use for our customers, I love that it doesn't have to be complicated for the end user! It blends well with our stores theme. GREAT App that works seamlessly with our shopify store.

This app really helped me get started with my homepage. The setup was smooth, and everything worked as expected. I'm very happy with the overall service. What stood out the most was the support – especially Doris. Whenever I had a question or needed help, she responded super quickly and was incredibly helpful. She even sent screenshots with arrows to guide me through each step. That kind of hands-on support is rare and absolutely appreciated. Top service and a top team – highly recommended!
