I've tried a few review companies: Loox and Judge.me. LAI is by far the best. Alena was helpful in customer service also

Awesome solution from beginning to end. Love the ease of use when importing and the display options are top notch. The support is also very quick, any questions I had was quickly answered through the in-app chat bubble.

The customer service at LAI is excellent. I was assisted today by Emily who helped me with an issue with my product reviews. She was super fast in doing so, polite and right on to the detail. Could not recommend any higher A+++

I've just started using this app, and I must say it's outstanding compared to other review apps. While the design aspect is subjective, I won’t dive too deep into that. However, it’s worth mentioning that you can easily customize colors and finer details without any coding. One major advantage this app has over many others is the ability to edit specific parts of a review. Most review apps allow you to remove inappropriate reviews entirely, but this app lets you delete only the inappropriate sections, which helps you manage customer privacy more effectively. The best part, though, is the customer support. Given the wide range of features, I often reach out through chat, and they always respond promptly and solve my issues thoroughly.

Great but the greatest customer service ever and its an understatement cause I've never had a customer service representative help in this much for my problems. Especially Alena she's a lifesaver she's basically the Customer service God I was stuck with a problem with my store for hours and she fixed it for me in what ? a minute. I definitely recommend LAI reviews app for your store not just for the app but for the support they provide you. Alena is Gem If ya'll don't promote her I'll hire her as my VA

Have to say no doubt the best review app in shopify store! Totally recomend it to everyone, staff is amazing, always ready to help and quick answers! My experience until now is amazing, check it out you wont regret it! Doris from the support team was 100% on point helping with some questions i had, dont hesitate contacting them for help!

The support team was super responsive and fixed my issue with GTINs missing from the google review XML file within 24 hours. They handled everything quickly and professionally. Great experience!

Fantastic App and Outstanding Customer Support! This review app is incredibly easy to use and meets all my needs perfectly. Managing the reviews for my products and displaying them on my store has never been easier! What stood out the most was the amazing support I received from Alena, one of their customer service representatives. I had a few issues with the setup, and Alena was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process.
