Very good app and team. I asked how to do something and they said it wasn't possible. Instead they're doing to make it a feature. Highly recommend LAI.

Awesome easy to use app that lets you import reviews from Amazon as well which I find to be great. Doris from the support team is awesome and always ready to help. Also Parker helped me out promptly on solving a technical issue. Thank you guys! I recommend this app.

I'm not very techie, so I do struggle with some aspects of building my store. But the support at LAI has been fantastic. They're always patient and are very clear with their guidance.

I received support from Emily, she was extremely helpful in helping me with my reviews. She was very patient with me, and answered all of my questions. She was very responsive and provided help immediately. I highly recommend LAI Product Reviews, and their staff are amazing!!!

the best Customer testimonial App for shopify. customer support is responsive and proactive you are never stuck when using LAI
