I would recommend it to other because i had some problem with the import of amazon review to my store and Kim and Alena from customer support really help me, they even did the transfer for me from their side i didn't even need to do anything and all that in a question of minutes.

Amazon reviews import was down for maintenance, reached out for support just to try to understand till when and if they got an ETA but to my surprise support agent Alena made extra effort to assist and handle the imports for me offline so I didn't have to wait for maintenance to be over. amazing works

I could not download reviews today as the Amazon site was down for maintenance, however the lovely ladies at LAI were so helpful. A little earlier in the day I had another issue seeing my reviews in my store and they promptly rectified the issue for me. They went above and beyond to assist me today. Good old fashioned customer service is still alive and well and LAI. I will continue to recommend this company moving forward. Thanks LAI Team - Annie

I highly recommend this app for dropshipping stores as it can import reviews from various sources. The best part is that it allows you to edit imported reviews that contain sensitive information (e.g., names of other branches). The customer service is excellent – Alena assisted me in manually importing Amazon reviews while the import service was temporarily unavailable.

I recently switched from Loox Reviews to Lai, and I couldn't be happier with the transition! The support from Lai has been absolutely top-notch—hands down the best I've ever received. A huge shoutout to Emily, who has been so attentive and supportive, and the dev team, especially Anthony, for going above and beyond to create a custom widget just for me! They customized it as a kind gesture, even though I'm not on the plan that typically includes customizations. No questions asked, just genuine support. Lai Reviews has truly set the bar for customer service, and I’m so glad I made the switch!

Alena walked me through importing from several different links, she made changes to the store in real-time that I requested, and made sure it was exactly what I wanted! Can't say enough good things about this app and more importantly, the service I received from Alena! Thank you!
