I try numerous app and listen Youtube reviews only to lose hope and be disappointed until I found by luck LAI after testing numerous apps and shop around for a good app services. LAI was easy to set up and no hidden fees and amazing customer support.Thank you

Best review app! We tried soooo many other integrations and all of them were missing something. LAI has everything; it's easy to use, works smoothly and has a clean design. And to top it off their customer support team is quick to resolve any issues in a friendly way. Would reccomend.

Amazing App with Exceptional Support! I absolutely love using the LAI Product Reviews app! It’s incredibly user-friendly and makes it so easy to download reviews from multiple sources. I was using Loox before, but this app is a total game changer, it’s way better in every way. A huge shoutout to Emily for her outstanding support, she went above and beyond to help me set up my second store. I can’t recommend this app enough! The customer service is not comparable to other review apps (would give more than 5* if I could!). The generosity from the customer service and the performance of the app is absolutely worth integrating and worth every penny that I am paying. The app cost to start with is affordable and to be honest with how good the app is, granting transparency and good design for your store, I can see it definitely improving trust throughout my store.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this app to anyone looking for a review app for their store. Not only does it look great their customer service is impeccable. I had the pleasure of a very helpful assistant called Kim who was so polite and helpful. defiantly 5 stars deserved.

Not paid to say this! Best review app out there, have tried a few and LAI Reviews are best. I use them for all my stores. You can EDIT reviews and their support is genuinely very good, they respond within a few minutes and are useful.

This is very useful for importing reviews from Amazon and other sources. It's also nice that you can make the template for a CVS file if you don't want to use the paid version. I was watching a video that was an outdated version to try and find a certain setting and the support team reached out and asked if I needed any help. Emily guided me through all the settings I was looking for and answered every question I had. Would 100% recommend this app.
