I just installed the app, and so far the customer help was very quick and usefull. I'm still configuring the app but every question I had so far was helpfully answered inmmediately. Great so far

Probably the fastest and most effective support to help get what you need. I just wish Amazon allowed more than 100 review importing - pretty tedious but worth.

This was such a great experience! For the first time ever, when using a chat function, I was able to get everything I needed help with. Doris was so amazing and she walked me through importing my reviews from another app and another platform. Set it all up for me as well. Super helpful. Thank you!!!

I tried to set up Google Shopping product ratings through the LAI app, but I'm not very skilled in this area. So, I attempted to contact customer service. I couldn't even articulate my problem very well, but surprisingly, they all understood and promptly helped me resolve the issue. I have to say, this is a team that is both professional and quick-witted. Thumbs up, I give it a five-star rating. Highly recommended for use.

This app I have been using for many years, probably around 5 to 6 years. It's extremely user-friendly, with a wide range of practical and useful features, many of which can be finely customized to perfectly match my stores, creating a harmonious experience. I must give it a five-star rating. Customer service provided by Anne and technical support from Emily are both exceptionally professional and enthusiastic. I have multiple stores using this app, and Emily took the initiative to provide me with a permanent discount code, showing genuine sincerity. This aspect makes me very happy.
