I tried to set up Google Shopping product ratings through the LAI app, but I'm not very skilled in this area. So, I attempted to contact customer service. I couldn't even articulate my problem very well, but surprisingly, they all understood and promptly helped me resolve the issue. I have to say, this is a team that is both professional and quick-witted. Thumbs up, I give it a five-star rating. Highly recommended for use.

This app I have been using for many years, probably around 5 to 6 years. It's extremely user-friendly, with a wide range of practical and useful features, many of which can be finely customized to perfectly match my stores, creating a harmonious experience. I must give it a five-star rating. Customer service provided by Anne and technical support from Emily are both exceptionally professional and enthusiastic. I have multiple stores using this app, and Emily took the initiative to provide me with a permanent discount code, showing genuine sincerity. This aspect makes me very happy.

I found the Loox app before and found that it does not support Amazon comment import. So I uninstalled it on the same day. Although it wasted me $10, I encountered this app later. It is the best comment import plugin I have ever seen. It not only supports the language of my country, but also has a discounted price. It completed all my work for less than $5 per month. Support was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and coming up with a solution. The other apps I've contacted with my needs have been unable to help, so it was awesome to hear that LAI could work with me to make their app display how we needed.
