Superb customer support, they have handled my all queries very promply by their customer support executives, however, due to time difference and working hours they took time to resolve technical things, but after all their response is very quick. I am very happy with their Customer Support Service. 100% recommended app for product reviews etc.

As a replacement for the Shopify Product Rating app, I tested 8 different other rating apps. LAI narrowly won the race ahead of Loox. Both apps are easy to use, are fast in the frontend and allow many options. In the end, I opted for LAI because the performance is fully convincing and the price is completely fair.
