i love this app. Their support is so great, they help me 24/7, and this app has a lot of functions for my store. I recommend this app to everyone who wants to use Reviews app on Shopify.

So far the experience with LAI Product Reviews is been smooth. The App is intuitive and gives enough control and guidance on how to present the Reviews. The customer care is very responsive whenever I have an issue and they are quick to provide guidance. And offcourse, the price is very friendly for the capabilities they offer..

I'm using the app for not long now and every time i have issue/concern the costumer service is always the to guide/resolve the matter which make the experience stress free!

I searched through about 20 review apps, and LAI have the best aesthetics for their reviews. They are also super responsive with any questions I have, and have adjusted things for me. A shout out to Nate on the LAI crew! Thank you guys, love your work. 5 stars from me, and I highly recommend this app!!

I recommend this app VERY MUCH. I've been using it over 1 week and I'm loving it! It has so many great functions, and even shows the review on Google! It allows photo and video reviews, the layout is great. Other great thing about LAI is their customer service is just STELLAR. I had so many doubts as it's the first time in doing dropshipping and my theme didn't have a review block, and Emily and Parker were both extremely caring and supportive and resolved everything! Best review app ever ♥️

Such a easy tool to navigate! As well as fast respond from the support team when a issue arises. Never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes. Very pleased!

So far so good - this app looks very promising. Had a little issue with importing the existing reviews but support were very quick to guide me and we got it sorted. Thank you very much Hillary!

Tengo el plan normal y a la hora de editar 100 reseñas no pudé mas.. entonces abrí un Chat y me atendierón muy amablemente y puedieron con profesionalidad solucionar mis dudas y problemas! Lo recomiendo. Muy amable Alena y a su superior! y también a todo el equipo!

This app is stellar! The tech service is fast and efficient. The app itself is robust without being confusing. The interface is simple, and each section is easy to add/edit/remove. Also, the tech chat is always open to suggestions for functionality. The reviews import super fast, so it is easy for site visitors to display.
