Best app, best and fast customer support, works and fits on every theme, they even did free customization on my website which looks lit thank you guys for everything love the app definitely recommend everyone to give it a try have been texting them since 2 days and instant replies they never say no, awesome.

Very easy to use and import reviews from Ali stores. Support is great had 1 small issue and it was resolved in minutes. Recommend this app for sure.

Very bad app and I suggest not to waste your time using it. It is not reliable, it is not legit, and it sounded to me as a scam. Why scam? be careful giving them access to your shop. Who knows what they are doing?. Another very important issue is they try to make you pay to use it. They get jealous when they see you upload so many reviews for free. They then make changes to the App so you won't be able to use it anymore. Their free version? Yes it was but not anymore. They make changes to the App really quick so you be feeling ok with 1 minute and then then next minute is not working anymore. Just don't waste your time because you will end up loosing all the reviews in case you uninstall the App. Just be careful giving them access as well "Big warning".

We sent you the image instructions, tutorial videos every time you raised your concerns. Also, when you needed to customize the old feature that had been updated to a new one, we brought it back to you. We follow strictly the collaborator invitation approved by Shopify for the best support and you also agreed with that. In an urgent situation, we had your permission to share screen via TeamViewer so we could remotely troubleshoot the issue and showed you how our app works for the best performance. We always want to make you happier and bring more benefits to you. That's why you see the upgrade suggestion pop-up. You're such a special customer for us to work harder to improve our service. Once more, I'm sorry that our service have not met your expectation. Please let me know if I can be of any other help!

This app has been amazing from the start! I had some questions on how to get some features to work with my theme and the customer service reps Summer & Darlyn were so quick and helpful! they had everything and sorted out for me quicker than I ever expected! Great app! Does more than advertised!

Very good app! Reviews easily appear on Google and the customer service is on point! I just wish they would have an option to request reviews from specific customers and not everyone that orders.

I would give the team 5 Stars and the app 4.5 Stars - I needed to change from another review app because it had limited number of free reviews. I inquired with the LAI team if they could help me match the design and style of the previous app and they were able to do some customization for me and also helped me transfer my reviews over. I was happy with their service and their willingness to help me keep my theme. I did wait awhile before writing this review so I could have a chance to use it and give feedback. The only downside with this app is that when you import a review you cannot hide the reviews by default. When you import, it is visible immediately before any edits so you have to manually hide and review before allowing visibility. If you import a 20 reviews it would be good to be able to chose which ones you want visible. Not all be visible upon import. Hope your team can add this option! Also, hope you stay free! Overall I recommend this app! Thanks!

This is the best app for reviews! You can translete the app to every language and import reviews from Aliexpress with 1 click! It's so easy! The best thing is that the app is FREE! And Harley from the support team is so kind and helpful :)))
