I use this app for 5 websites that I manage. Not only is it cost effective, the app is easy to use and not overcomplicated. The thing that I love the most about this app is the superb customer service that the provide. Jillian and Dale are amazing and their Developer Anthony is a super star. They work very hard to meet my expectations and never fail. They are dedicated and committed and really responsive. I 100% recommend this application.

I prefer this app rather than other apps (not going to mention), first, because it's cheaper and it gives you the same features as the other review apps have and the second is that their customer service is really helpful, she took extra lengths to help me with my problem and I'm so much happy for that! Thank you so much, Lai Reviews & Jillian the customer support! Looking forward to using this app for my business and clients for a really long time!!

Very good so far. Great support and a lot of features for a decent price! The interface is very clear and the setup for review requests/widgets extremely easy.

LAI product reviews has been so easy to install and use. They set it up the layout for me so quickly like a flash and the campaigns just run themselves. All I have to do is go in and approve and reply to the reviews. I was really blown away by the amount of help and knowledge I've experienced working with them. Jillian, in particular, has gone above and beyond her role, this was very refreshing. all-around great work by the team.

The setting of the comment plugin is very helpful for novice sellers. You can set it according to the effect you want. In addition, the support team is also very helpful

Excellent app, highly recommended. Had issue at first but with the help of their customer service. It was easy to navigate. Thank you Janice for guiding me importing amazon products, pop-up and social media. Also wanted to thank you Dale for setting the star reviews. Best customer service by far. just got the app and onboarding team has been super helpful, stayed with me and walked me thru all the features. Dale (probably a pseudo) has been very patient and worked with me throughout. can't wait to see what it does for my conversion rate. app works good so far! would recommend

Very easy to use and import reviews from Ali stores. Support is great had 1 small issue and it was resolved in minutes. Recommend this app for sure.

Very bad app and I suggest not to waste your time using it. It is not reliable, it is not legit, and it sounded to me as a scam. Why scam? be careful giving them access to your shop. Who knows what they are doing?. Another very important issue is they try to make you pay to use it. They get jealous when they see you upload so many reviews for free. They then make changes to the App so you won't be able to use it anymore. Their free version? Yes it was but not anymore. They make changes to the App really quick so you be feeling ok with 1 minute and then then next minute is not working anymore. Just don't waste your time because you will end up loosing all the reviews in case you uninstall the App. Just be careful giving them access as well "Big warning".
