I recently switched from Loox Reviews to Lai, and I couldn't be happier with the transition! The support from Lai has been absolutely top-notch—hands down the best I've ever received. A huge shoutout to Emily, who has been so attentive and supportive, and the dev team, especially Anthony, for going above and beyond to create a custom widget just for me! They customized it as a kind gesture, even though I'm not on the plan that typically includes customizations. No questions asked, just genuine support. Lai Reviews has truly set the bar for customer service, and I’m so glad I made the switch!

This App has been very easy to use, I did have some trouble finding something that has been recently changed, Emily was so very helpful, I wouldn't of been able to do what I needed to do unless I had her, so thank you Emily :)

Just upgraded this app and came up with some problems, Anthony helped me with all my problems and solved them. Would recommend this a lot.

Loving the ap, I had an issue where I couldn't download reviews from Amazon and withing 30 minutes Emily had the issue fixed, there was another issue I had where I didn't know why my reviews were downloading from Aliexpress, come to find out it was because I had country filters on, Emily help out with that as well. They have really fast and friendly customer service, I highly recommend them for your app reviews.

The reviews look very good and it is easy to implement them. The support is absolutely great, always fast and helpful. I am very happy with my decision
