英語のみで始めたサイトを別の言語に対応させるために使用しました。管理画面、プロ翻訳、CSVによるインポートそれぞれで翻訳が直感的にスムーズに進む仕組みが整っている。サポートも素早く丁寧で助かりました。なぜかエクセルで作成したcsvがうまくインポートできず、テンプレートなどがあれば助かりました。一番うれしいのはスプレッドシートのリンクを入力し、スプレッドシート上でリアルタイムに更新できると良いです。

easy to install, the translation is much better than other apps, they use deepl translation...and they even translate the checkout. The prices are really decent for the services they provide.

What I like more of this app is first and foremost the outstanding support level provided always timely by the company representatives beyond the app. They have always been very good at explaining how to get the most out of the app and very helpful even in coding our theme to make sure the language selector was placed where we wanted.

The support from LILIA is well noted and much appreciated. I was going with GTRANSLATE but when I saw lang shop and I saw the import/export functionality that allows me to test everything on demo so that I go live in an amazing WAY. I knew this is the best roadmap we are talking our project to, as we are a bilingual website and we should check all languages pre-GOLIVE not like GTRANSLATE said: AFTER GO LIVE!!!!!

Navigating through the app to find where the content is hidden can sometimes be tricky, but once you figure it out, it works very well. Whenever you are stuck, the team is there to help and customer service agents reply very quickly, which is a must for any Shopify app. It is worth every penny!

La miglior app per lingue che abbia mai provato. Molto facile da utilizzare, traduce automaticamente con ottima fattura, vale sicuramente la spesa specie se lavorare su più mercati. Vi fa risparmiare un sacco di tempo. Ottima ed efficiente assistenza clienti.

Best app that we tried. Advantages: -great customer support (fast, polite and always solving your issues) -have auto directions for currency and language -translates every aspect of the shop (tags, product types, metadata, etc)

We are extremely happy with the app and the service and everything works flawlessly. The automatic translation with Deepl is also a megaplus, as it allows us to quickly translate products and page into many languages and revise them later.

Excellent Support Team ! (super) fast answer, explanations detailed step by step, problem solved in a just a few minutes ! On top of that the app is really great for bespoke translations, and for optimization of SEO in each language. (only suggestion: I wish the plan to have more than 2 langages would be a bit cheaper...as it's currently more expensive than a basic shopify plan itself. a middle plan for 3 langages would be great for smaller businesses who often need english spanish and french)

No matter how good an app is, when you need the support, you want it fast. Very good customer service by Olga, efficient and goes the length for you until the problem is solved or answered although I was only using the free version to test it out! The second encounter was with Lilia and the service was so good that I went for a full year on the standard plan, thank you Langshop! 3rd encounter was also served by Lilia. I had a problem where I need to change the position of my switchers on the mobile version and she was so patient to assist me with this twice (didn't like the first position). We spent about an hour on this and she was very attentive. Much Appreciated!
