3年以上使用しています。操作のやり方や簡易な質問には早急に答えてくれて助かっています。 一方、アプリの不具合が多い。 1)「翻訳していないファイル」や「翻訳が中途になっているファイル」を選んでも、正しく表示されない。 2)作ったページのレイアウトが完全に崩壊します。これが一番の問題です。何度も発生しています。 3)問題があると開発に報告が行きますが、対処対応がとても遅い。問題のアプリを書きし続けることに疑問を感じています。 4)翻訳にはDeepLを使用していますが、翻訳内容としては問題ない。しかしレイアウトが壊されたとき標準の翻訳を使うと問題がない。非力な標準翻訳ではほぼ使えません。 5)他のアプリに切り替える検討をしているが、また一から学ぶのが面倒で放置している。

And we are sorry to hear about the negative experiences you had with the app. 1) Could you please specify if filtering by the untranslated products produce results that are actually translated? 2) We understand how frustrating it can be. Advanced translation engines can conflict with the layout, which leads to issues. We are working on the improvement of the process, but it's a complex issue which is still being worked on. 3) We do our best to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible, but we understand sometimes it can interrupt a stable workflow, and we apologise for that. 4) As mentioned before, while advanced translation engines such as DeepL generally provide better translation quality, they can struggle with the technical symbols. OpenAI translation engine is usually better suited for translations that require preservation of the page layout. 5) We appreciate our customers greatly and are going to do our best to make a switch to a different app completely unnecessary! We would be glad to resolve all of the aforementioned issues. A support agent has already reached out to you via email to assist with that. Actually a useful tool – unfortunately with bugs: - Meta fields were translated even though they were classified as “untranslatable.” - These can no longer be cleaned up in the tool. - Support was contacted five times about this. They have not yet been able to resolve the issue. - The backend software is very slow; we often get the message “Sorry, something went wrong.” -> Simple shops should be able to cope with this. The software seems to be overwhelmed by more complex situations.

Please let me inform you that we’re aware of the problems you mentioned, and we're actively working on solving them quickly as possible. At the moment, it's recommended to launch translations directly from the Product section, so the metafield that you set as 'untranslated' will be not be translated while launching the translations. Auto Translate makes my site stupid, this app might be cool for general stores with little porduct variants , but for stupid for specialized industries
