翻訳されていない箇所があって、ずっと原因がわからなかったのですが Langshopのサポートにチャットしたら Boost AI Search & Discoveryアプリが影響していることがわかりました。 Boost AI Search & DiscoveryのMultiple-language data Syncを更新したら 翻訳されなかった部分も翻訳されるようになりました。 ありがとうございました。 ★4にした理由は、3回同じ問い合わせをして、3人目のサポートの方がようやく正しい解決策を提案してくれたからです。

Ich arbeite mit Lang Shop schon länger und es macht, was es machen soll. Doch das beste ist der Support der funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor allem Lilia ist top und konnte meine Probleme schnell lösen.

I added DeepL and it translates very well, but it was long to set up all dynamic field. However, I add very good support from the team.

サポートがよく、時差もなく返信をくれるのですぐに問題を解決することができます。 解決できるまで粘り強く対応してくれるので安心です。 ちょっと変わった翻訳が出ることもありますが、手動でも変えられますしそこまで困らないかと。 ７割自動、３割手動くらいのイメージで使えています。 ”こうできたらいいな”ということはとりあえずサービスに聞いてみれば必ず答えをもらえるので、サポートが早く親切なのがありがたいです。

Update 14.04.2022 ----------- A problem has arisen that somewhat diminishes the fun of the app, which is still very good in itself. Apparently due to technical issues, when you update the theme, you lose those translations that are not tied to Shopify sources, but are part of the elements of the theme. The statement from LangShop support is that you have to translate all these elements again. Sad. However, there is an export/import function with which you can import the old translations into the updated theme with a little effort and knowledge of Excel. It's not quite a hundred percent, because only the source texts but not the elements itself can be identified, so this might still transport some errors, but it's better than nothing. I think there should be a way to comfortably save these elements translations without tinkering with Excel and import them back into the updated theme. The day the developers offer such theme translation's backup and restore function, I am happy to refill the 5th star.------------I have tested a couple of translation apps, but this is far the best one I have experienced. As it is not belonging to those that are the most cheapest, but I think the all over features are outstanding in comparison so it is absolutely worth the money. Especially if one put value on the level of quality of machine translation. For me it was most important to use deepl translation, and this in combination with my own glossar to exchange defined terms on the translation-fly. Support is helpful and available immediately, and there are couple of features I can't note here, but for example what was also important for me was the possibility to translate product tags, to be able to use those translations as filters in the frontend. Nice dashboard with translation progress and overview. and many more. I fully can recommend this app!

That's strange, I did not touch the app for months and now, each time I try to open it, I get the message : "oops, something went wrong". That's unfortunate, this app does a good job but now I can't add any new translations. Can you solve it? 6th October - Thanks to their quick reply, I managed to regain access to the app by allowing all cookies, a big thanks to the team. Quick question though : if I need all cookies to run on my browser to access the app, does our customers have to allow all cookies on their browser as well to access the translations?
I would like to apologize for the issue that you have faced. I have created an internal ticket to your shop in order to discuss the reported case. Our developers have investigated the issue that occurred and figured out that it's related to the browser cookie, not our app. That's why tho fix the issue, please allow all cookies in your browser settings, so the app can work again. Regarding your question, no, your customers are not affected by this requirement. Also, I'd like to let you know that currently, we are working on the app improvement that will isolate the cookie issue. Good app ! Only 1 issue. it is not possible to filter theme static to see only untranslated words which means if you have 1/2000 words untranslated you must reviews all the 2000 words to find it. The rest is all working well.

Great customer service 5 stars!! Langshop team has solved all my issues super quickly and also helped to make theme changes when the app itself has not solved the localization need. The app does it job. Could be easier to use for sure and UI should be developed to make editing of translations quicker.. Export/import is painfully slow but at least this app has this feature.

I have always chosen LangShop for my stores, which already means that the app is very useful and practical. Responsive support and most effective time but still some of my requests remained unsolved and that's unfortunate. An effort should be made in this direction. I reserve the 5th star when a solution to my requests will be found.

The price is quite expensive but it's really perfect and working really well. Also translates the check out page what other applications can't really do. You can translate each page as you want, easy to use, and their support is powerful. Would just miss the functionality to translate with the app checkout x is that would be perfect.
