its been a fantastic app in helping me translate my store from English to Arabic, its been pretty straight forward and more importantly the Support has been excellent. Any time, any day, they've been quick and knowledgeable.

Live chat support is a game changer! Very good service, and it's so much better than weglot... automatic translation is very decent, and they'll help you to have a very professional website :)
Very bad experience, as after installing the app, customer support asked for staff account to see why the new version is not working, but i found later that a change in the HTML code of the original theme took place, so when i uninstall their app, i found the original theme text is completely flipped, and then i found the piece of code added for this reason, if it is intentionally or not, in all cases they should get my permission for any code change, also when i uninstall the app they should tell me and answer me that they changed the code

Great app! Saves a lot of time and money compared to hiring translators. Here and there some improvements can be made like always. I can definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to offer in multiple languages and currencies. Their customer support is amazing and really goes into depth to find the cause of an issue. - - - - - - - - If you have technical difficulties they assist you asap and solve the error.
