j'aime le support, le service client est toujours disponible pout tout. il faut apprendre a utiliser cet application et vous verrez. mais il faut surveiller la traduction automatique pour le corriger.

Wow - these guys have thought of almost everything and seem very interested in user feedback. What an amazing piece of technology. I can quickly support many languages and currencies and then tune those with higher traffic using the pro translation option. Keep up the awesome work!

The app let's you make granular choices about each aspect. The fact that you can translate everything to the letter makes it one of the top apps in this category. Also the support is very helpful and fast.

Since I am using this App quite a long time already, it's my pleasure to update my review and to provide another feedback about the support team: I had quite some little issues, since I changed the Theme, made some updates, change the Cookie banner and software respectively....lost some metafields, translations all these issue connected with running a multilingual shop ... It's my great pleasure to once again provide the Support team of Langshop/Agheadwporks a real 5 stars feedback ! They all respond very fast and resolve all the problems in a very competent and experienced manner..! Always !! All team members of Langshop are just great professional experts and do a real fantastic and great job, they help and try to resolve anyy problem and issue and never complain in the sense, that is someone else problem, caused by another App..or so , never !! If necessary, they even contact the developer of the corresponding App and resolve that issue with them ! It's really a great pleasure to work together with the Langshop team ! I highly recommend that App and in particular the fast and competent support team ! 全て英語になりますが、質問してからの対応がとても迅速丁寧で、文章だけの説明だけでなく、画像を使うなど視覚的にも分かり易く、信頼のおけるアプリだと思います。前回は評価4としましたが、今までのサービスに満足していることと、これからのサービスにも期待したいという気持ちを込め、満点の5に変更させていただきます。 （2020.11.24）商品を日本と海外にも販売するため、通貨変換のためLangShopアプリを使いましたが、円表記に少数点が表示されてしまいサポートデスクに相談したところ、すぐに対応いただけました。全て英語での対応にはなってしまうこと（-1ポイント）、現地との時差があるのでやりとりに若干時間を要しますが、対応はとてもスピーディーで満足のいくものでした。

As the translations took probably the most time in creating our shop (4 languages), this app helped us a lot and is a great example of a really good and reasoned app. U can actually translate every piece of the shop, but you have to find it in the app. The support team was super fast and responded to all of my questions and comments regarding feature requests. Can only recommend.
