We have tested other apps but Langshop is the best. Technical support via chat (very difficult to find in other apps). Taras and Sergey ready to solve any problem.

Using this app I was able to translate completely all the content in my shop including cart, checkout pages as well as 3-rd party app texts. I had a few questions and langshop support team was amazing, reacted very fast and gave me answers immediatelly. Thank you langshop team! :)

Translating an online store requires a lot of patience... Thanks to the amazing support of this app we have managed to do it. We have been using the app for 3 months now for two languages. Advantages: - Very good and fast support (chat and email). They solve any issue connected to the app. - A lot of abilities to translate. You can translate everything Shopify related. For the app that they don‘t have an integration with you can use dynamic translations. - Ability to import/export CSV files. So if you don‘t want to use an automatic translation you are able to import the file with translations for product, collection, pages, and blog. - Ability to customize language switcher (but you need coding skills for that). Disadvantages: - No integrations with other apps (but as far as I know LS developers are working on it). So to translate other apps you need to use Dynamic translations what works not for everything you need to translate and the original language is visible for some milliseconds (because the translation needs some time to be loaded). - The LangShop 1.0 app is very slow. You have to spend some time waiting for the page to load inside the app (don‘t know if it was fixed in LangShop 2.0). - Hard to uninstall. If you want to uninstall the app from your theme you need to have a backup theme without app‘s code. The code is integrated into every part of the theme code so it is very complex to clear it up from there. Even though it is not perfect if you expect a very high-quality website it is a good choice among existing language apps.

Really nice app, well structured, good UX, convenient and understandable to use. Last but not least - exceptional support. Really good, polite guys with big willing to resolve your issues. Nonetheless, I didn't find integration with one very specific app. But support is already working on it. All the best to you guys. Keep up the good work!

Does what it says on the label. Easy to instal and get set up, with help from Langshop that has been great, especially from Taras. If you want a quick route to a multi lingual store this is a great option. Allows us to edit the machine translations, but the machine translation is generally ok.. It would be nice to have a little more flexibility on the language switcher, as it looks quite big on our theme, and doesn't look like a seamless blend, and we don't have coding skills to do our own.. Minor point though..

分からないことがある場合、チャットかメールで質問すれば、とても親切に、根気よく、対応してくれる良いスタッフの方々。(日本語対応スタッフはいないと思うが、google翻訳でなんとか理解してくれます。) アプリの機能もとても良いと思う。日本の人にもおすすめできるアプリです。

I use other app right now... but It has too many errors. I think and I´ll try this app but I hope support will help me. I need some good translations and I tried all translations app on the shopify. I dont know which ? LangShop ‑ Language & Currency looks ok

I really recommend this app. The support staff is amazing, they will often reply within an hour, and could fix all my problems. Of course you will have to check the translations, but no automatic translation is perfect. I translated my store into 5 langages. You can have a look at it here : https://osakatools.com

I'm a non-techie but over the 2 years of using Shopify, I've had to learn a lot. My takeaway is that there are simple apps that offer simple enhancements to the website and these usually demand a few clicks to set up. Then there are complex apps that add amazing value to the entire store management and the ecommerce workflow. These are indispensable apps and the business improves as a result of these additions, sometimes because of what the client sees, sometimes because our backend is organised more efficiently. In my first attempt within the first month of my shopify days, I tried out several complex apps and abandoned them - simply because I was immature in my handling of tech stuff. A week ago I tried out Langshop again with a plan to give it the time and attention I would need to understand all the functionalities. As I learnt my way around over 3 days, I must have opened the support chat box at least 60-80 times to ask how to do this or that. The support staff were there for me throughout - on chat and on email - setting things up - sending me screenshots and teaching me how to handle it. So I crossed the first stage of abandoning that occurs because of lack of supporting explanations - and now have mastered it. And only now I can say with confidence that the backend is extremely well-structured. Very logical and very clean menus on all translating operations and settings. If I could keep only apps this would be one of them. Extremely useful. Extremely well-structured backend. And it does what it is meant to. If I could keep only 5 apps this would be one of them. jm wovensouls
