LangShop is the best application in its class. It allows for bulk translations and lets us automate product translations with ease. Compared to other translation apps, this is a huge time saver. The few times when we needed to talk to their support, their live chat was always very helpful.

Llevo usando LangShop desde hace poco más de un mes y, hasta ahora, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Es una aplicación bastante fácil de utilizar, incluso desde el primer momento. La integración con la API de ChatGPT funciona muy bien y los resultados de las traducciones son realmente buenos. Además, cuentan con un sistema de glosarios que permite personalizar términos y facilitar una traducción coherente en todo el contenido. En resumen, una app intuitiva, potente y muy recomendable.

Quite difficult to set up in the beginning but the customer support is very helpful and responds quickly. Happy with the translations and how the app works (we do recommend translating with DeepL within the app).

I like the app overall, it does have quite a few quirks here and there but you learn to get around it. There has not been any, as far as I can see, improvements to usability or things that really matter - such as auto-translate of products BUT only for certain fields like title, description etc. It will completely clog up when translating behind-the-scene data should as metafields etc.
