Caroline was fantastic. She is always available to help and has been able to help me build out a much more visually pleasing website with the tools from LayoutHub

Do not install this app. Every time you change or update your theme all the images will go missing, leaving you to rebuild all of you pages. The support team responds with "Sorry for the inconvenience" - Not willing to assist at all. Literally the worst app in the store. I would highly recommend NOT using this app.
I'm Dilys from LayoutHub support team. I'm really sorry for everything that made you unhappy with our app. We are always trying to improve our app to make sure customers have great experiences. At the time you gave us the review, we felt so thankful because you still gave us chances to support you via live chat. About the images, we store them in your published theme. If you change the theme, please don't remove the old theme to make the images work well. This is a big lesson for us to improve everything to serve you better and I really wish that we will have more precious chances to assist you in the future. Caroline was absolutely fabulous getting my FAQ page visible on my website, I sent her a couple of screenshots and BOOM it was done and I'm good to go. I'm tickled pink at the quick and efficient and hassle free help I got. Thanks Caroline!

Great support, extra quick replies, this app is amazing - easy to build pages, advanced but still not complicated to use.

I really like the Layouthub application which is very easy to use with a very appreciable customer service from Caroline in case of a problem if you come across it you can consider that the problem will be 100% solved

So far so good :: this is of course with the help of Flora :: the very excellent supprot technician from Layout Hub. Flora is to the point with her very excellent guidance. Hard to find good customer support. Somebody should give Flora a promotion and a raise

Flora was very helpful when I asked how to insert one of the standard pages I created on my header menu. She was very quick and even directed me to another link for written instructions. Awesome service!

Sehr gute App, wir hatten Anfangs ein Problem. Caroline vom Kundenservice hat uns innerhalb von 10 Minuten weitergeholfen und das Problem gelöst. Hätte ich so nicht erwartet und bin mehr als positiv überrascht.

Went through many page builders and LayoutHub had some of the best looking templates witht he functionality I needed - a sidebar filter! Any issues I had were quick ressolved with the live chat with Saul who is a legend!
