I had some trouble with uploading a personal video to my page, but thanks to Caroline it works! She made a custom video section within minutes that works perfect :)! Whenever i'm having trouble, i'm sure their team can help me !

I have this App on my website for more than 2 years already because it's super hard to have beautiful pages like About me without a third app and I've tried a fair share of Apps like this one before and this is the first one I actually really love designing in and it's super easy to edit and everything. And I just today had a little problem when my editing page haven't load properly and their support is the best! I was connected to Caroline and she helped me in a few minutes so now I have it loading again! She definetly is super nice and helpful so thank you to her! 10/10 reccommend the app.

This app makes customizing our extra pages SO easy. Shopify's about us/blog pages are so basic and plain and Layouthub really has incredible easy to use features. The few times we have run into any issues, they have helped us almost instantly and at no extra charge. Caroline has helped us twice and was fantastic each time. We have 2 shopify stores and they both use layouthub. One is on the paid plan, the other is on the free one. 10/10 Edit: Garcia helped me today, 10 Dec 25, and was so sweet and helpful. Again, I cannot recommend this app enough.

Do not install this app. Every time you change or update your theme all the images will go missing, leaving you to rebuild all of you pages. The support team responds with "Sorry for the inconvenience" - Not willing to assist at all. Literally the worst app in the store. I would highly recommend NOT using this app.

At the time you gave us the review, we felt so thankful because you still gave us chances to support you via live chat. About the images, we store them in your published theme. If you change the theme, please don't remove the old theme to make the images work well. This is a big lesson for us to improve everything to serve you better and I really wish that we will have more precious chances to assist you in the future.
