I had a few questions while setting up and the customer service on chat helped me get it all sorted out really quick- I love that all I have to do is type in a question instead of calling a customer service line. I highly recommend LeadDyno!

I had a big problem with the affiliate program due to mishandling on my part ... I contacted Mr. Adam Jacobs on Saturday morning ... And in 30 minutes it was all set. Really it offers great customer service I recommend it and I also recommend the LeadDyno affiliate program at all. It's great in addition to being easy enough to use. Congratulations for this program, congratulations for the great customer service and especially a weekend I never thought I would answer a Saturday. Received the best customer service from Adam! He was great, flexible, responsive and very easy to work with. We love the app so far, very easy to use and has great functionality.

I was happy with the service provided until they blindsided me and started charging us 59.00 per month. I'll be removing this app unless Adam or someone from the support team contacts us.

I had a really great experience when utilizing the live chat feature with Jennifer. The exchange was quick, easy and very helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with LeadDyno so far!

I really wanted this to work out and think it is a great service, but the customer service is really bad. It seems like there is only a handful of people working at the place and they just can't solve problems, troubleshoot or even follow up about simple concerns. It was a really bad experience and not worth my money.

Really starting to LOVE LeadDyno! During our company launch period, obviously questions come up when using new software and affiliate tracking. I absolutely love the quick response time I've been getting from Jennifer on the chat that's automatically included. Speedy answers and great solutions. THANKS!

It's been hours since I installed this, and don't even know where to begin. Sent several support tickets, nothing, no answer whatsoever. What I need is pretty basic: the first steps to setup this up, I don't want to waste time with something that I still don't know if it is going to work for me or anybody else. Why is this, this complicated?

Wonderful and helpful customer support. App is so easy to install and use. Intuitive and doesnt take much time. Did i mention their customer support is just golden?:)
