App does not function correctly. We have on ongoing connectivity issue which stops us being able to configure the app to use on the site. The limespot support team are unable to advise or solve the issue after many weeks. We will be removing the app and looking for apps which do not have any many bugs . .

Unfortunately, it has not been possible for our team to replicate the specific and isolated issue you encountered in one of your stores. Excellent customer care so far...installed the app and asked for the team to update the app to match our theme. Frederick reached out within an hour & completed every tweak almost within minutes of asking. So to cut a long story short the App is now fully integrated into our site and we can monitor the performance less than 24hours after install.

The support team is helpful in resolving my problem. The new PAYG plan is more fair in terms of charging us based on the real sales driven by the app. Will continue to review how this app is doing for the store.

Very useful, it's kinda like a combination of other apps, and it allows you to customize almost everything.
We do pride ourselves on allowing you to customize nearly everything with designs, customer segments, and recommendation types- glad to hear you are loving it!

It was overwhelming right after downloading the app but I was able to chat with someone right away and he was able to explain to me how it worked. In a few minutes, I was able to work on the website and add bundles and boxes.
Yes, our app has a lot of advanced customizations, but we are always here to help walk you through it or make the changes you request. Your product bundle recommendations look great!

Good stable app for us. Kind of looses it's effectiveness over time but we are making more than it's costing so definitely worth having.
Great to hear that it is consistently driving additional revenue for you! It looks like you are primarily using Frequently Bought Together, Popular Items, and Related Items to increase conversions, and you can always reach out to our team for more ideas and optimizations!

I have used the App for a while now and was so surprised to see the amount they were charging based on my stores revenue. I have written to support a few times now, and all I get is a link to change my plan since my store was apparently on the old structure? I have tried doing this and it still doesn't work. No help from Support with this matter and I am very disappointed since I have been using the app for many years. I have removed it as I don't want to pay for something that isn't working for me at this moment.

Great App and its AI really helps boost sales and ease the customers journey to right products. Also they have a great support team - I had issue with my 2.0 theme update and they resolved it within hours.
