Never seen such a beautiful app as LPO. It does not lack any option. Support is spot on after having a few questions. Works both on desktop as on mobile, our customers love using it and has positive effect on our business.

The app is simple to navigate and use. The customer care team are very polite with quick responses and get any issues resolved immediately!

Terrible. Bad customer service, glitchy app, and there is no way to cancel your subscription in the app. I still dont get a response and i am going to be charged for the next monthly cycle.
1. This is a paid Shopify app. Uninstalling the app automatically cancels the subscription. 2. We always offer refunds for the last months payment, no questions asked. 3. The merchant never replied, and actually closed his store. (He just left this review before closing the store..)

I requested assistance with the installation to my store, but they insisted on not helping and acted incomprehensibly. Later, while I was emailing with Michael, who claimed to be the owner of the app, they removed the app from my store without asking me or getting permission. As if not helping was not enough, they also victimized me by removing the app from my store without permission. I recommend you to think twice before using it.
Merchant received a free 45 minutes onboarding call, our team clearly explained that his requirements are achievable using our app. We've also answered all his tickets. His replies were rude and unprofessional (threatening bad review). We are proud to work with many professional merchants and don't accept this behavior. Refund provided.
