The app itself is solid. However, in my opinion, charging extra for exporting to SVG is a complete rip-off! This should be included in the normal subscription.
Thanks for your feedback. Our Export extension is an add-on because it requires us to run extra servers to generate the files after an order is created. Our app is very fairly priced - just compare other apps with similar features and you can decide for yourself. All the best with your store.

Awesome! We have complex customization options for a niche product and this app handled it easily. Their customer service team was also incredibly responsive and they offered live calls to go through any issues we had. Highly recommend.

This a great app! user friendly, outstanding support (@Duaas). Makes Shopify variants work beautifully. The app makes what is complex seem easy and the training and support makes it special. I give Live Options the highest recommendation.
