We recently decided to switch to Live Product Options because of its ability to utilize shared assets and apply changes across multiple option sets. As our catalog grows, this flexibility will allow us to make updates and enhancements quickly without having to rebuild configurations over and over. The team behind the app has also been extremely accommodating. Whenever we’ve had questions or asked about specific functionality, they’ve been transparent about what can and cannot be implemented and why, which we really appreciate. Michael in particular has been very helpful. A few times when we escalated issues, he stepped in and helped resolve them quickly. Overall, we’re very happy with both the app and the level of support we’ve received.

Tanmay went above and beyond to help me out set up the personalization options. he was so patient and cooeprative when I had a couple of issues and he kept working with me on it until everything got fixed.

I've probably tried every app for customizing options. This one combines convenience, easy setup, and extensive customization options via CSS and Java. I had questions about displaying thumbnails in the minicart and main cart, and support helped me with that; we had everything set up within an hour. I'm very pleased.

I really wanted this app, so bad as a matter of fact I reinstalled my theme, twice, talked to customer service, begged customer service, Here is the error, installed 3 times on a fresh Dawn stream, after first live use. Customer Service is condescending, dismissive, and useless. Great app though. The Content Security Policy (CSP) prevents the evaluation of arbitrary strings as JavaScript to make it more difficult for an attacker to inject unathorized code on your site. To solve this issue, avoid using eval(), new Function(), setTimeout([string], ...) and setInterval([string], ...) for evaluating strings. If you absolutely must: you can enable string evaluation by adding unsafe-eval as an allowed source in a script-src directive. I canceled subsription and unistaled app, but still charged.
Charges are done by Shopify, not apps! As app developers we have to explain this every time; Shopify puts the app charges on your 30-day biling cycle, if you cancel let's say at day 15, you will still see the charge at the 30th day on the combined Shopify invoice. This is done automatically, there is NO way for apps to prevent this. We ALWAYS offer refunds for the last payment, send us your invoice and we refund it asap. Thanks for understanding. This plugin is really terrible. The pricing is always wrong and fails to display the correct amounts. I reported this to the customer service, but they just said they couldn't reproduce the issue. This has forced me to issue constant refunds to my customers, who have accused me of being unprofessional. It’s absolutely awful, and I have no choice but to switch to another app.
